Heidenhain Basic Course
Short course description and information
The basic training course from Heidenhain is the first course in a series of courses and will teach the learner how to use all the basic functions of the Heidenhain ITNC 530 and ITNC 640 control. It includes basic programming of the control.
Objectives
The objective of the course is to create a basic level of understanding and some application skills in the operation of a Heidenhain control with a basic level of programming using Heidenhain programming language.

5 Days at a regional PtSA Centre of Excellence
4 Weeks self-study at home

Assessment
Completed Heidenhain Interactive Training Manual (30%) including programs, written exam (70%).
Minimum pass mark of 60%.
