South African TDM Sector Gains Global Exposure at IATF 2025

PtSA Member Showcases South African Excellence at IATF 2025 in Algeria

PtSA is proud to celebrate the success of one of our member companies, which recently shared a heartfelt message of gratitude on LinkedIn after exhibiting at the Intra-African Trade Fair (IATF) 2025 in Algeria from 4–10 September.

IATF - Africa’s Premier Trade Fair

IATF 2025 is one of the continent’s largest and most influential trade platforms, bringing together governments, investors, industry leaders, and exporters from across Africa to promote intra-African trade and industrial collaboration. The event provides a high-impact space for companies to showcase their capabilities, build cross-border partnerships, and explore new markets aligned with the goals of the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA).

Opportunity for SA Companies to Participate

Thanks to the continued partnership between PtSA and the dtic, selected South African companies were given the opportunity to participate on this prestigious continental platform, an initiative that supports export growth, strengthens cross-border industry ties, and positions local manufacturers for global competitiveness.

In the LinkedIn post, our member expressed appreciation for the chance to represent their business internationally, noting the exceptional visibility the exhibition provided, as well as the opportunity to build meaningful global partnerships. They highlighted the warm hospitality of the host country and emphasised how experiences like these reinforce the value of African collaboration and shared innovation.

PtSA is committed to supporting our members through initiatives that open doors to new markets, support business expansion, and showcase the world-class capability of South Africa’s Tool, Die and Mould sector. We are delighted to see our members thrive on global stages such as IATF 2025 and look forward to further opportunities that drive industry growth.
